Crab Meat Salad
- 1 pint cooked crab meat, shredded
- 2 stalks celery, finely cut
- Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp capers
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
Mix the cooked, shredded crab meat with cut celery. Add mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with capers and sliced tomato. Lobster or shrimp may also be used instead of crab meat.
