Corn Fritters
- 8 large ears of corn, cut 3 times (not grated)
- 2 eggs
- 4 ounces milk (or more, if the corn is not juicy)
- 2 tsps flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Other:
- Lard or butter
Mix all of the above ingredients well together. Make the mixture into the consistency of a soft batter. Fry in lard or butter.
