Cold Roast Beef with Horseradish Sauce

  • Leftover roast beef, sliced
  • For the sauce:
  • 2 Tbsps horseradish, grated
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 cup cream
Cut thin slices of the leftover roast beef. Put on a cold platter and garnish with something green and crisp. Serve with the horseradish sauce.

To make the sauce, season the grated horseradish with salt, sugar and vinegar. Whip the cream until stiff and add to the horseradish.
