Cold Horseradish Sauce
- 3 Tbsp horseradish, grated
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- Dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup thick cream, whipped to a stiff froth
Mix the grated horseradish, vinegar, Tabasco sauce and salt together, then beat in the whipped cream with a fork.
