Cold Chicken with Vinegar
- Chicken
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lump of butter
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- Hot water
- 4 ounces celery, chopped
Cut up the chicken into fine pieces. Season with pepper and salt. Put in a deep baking plate with a lump of butter and vinegar. Add the chopped celery and cover with hot water. Put a plate over it and stew on the stove.
