Codfish Balls
- Mashed potatoes
- Shredded codfish
- Egg, whipped
- Bread crumbs
- Butter or lard
- Parsley
Take equal parts of mashed potatoes and shredded codfish. Form into small balls. Dip first into whipped egg and then in bread crumbs. Fry in hot butter or lard. Serve garnished beautifully with parsley.
