Cocoa Cream Pie
- 1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 heaping Tbsps cornstarch
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
Mix cocoa, sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks, salt and milk. Cook until thick. Stir constantly. Add flavoring. Pour into a baked pie crust. Cover with a meringue made by beating the egg whites until stiff and adding brown sugar. Brown in the oven.
