Cider Wine
- 1 gallon cider
- 3 lbs sugar
Put the cider and sugar together in a cask and let it ferment. Keep the vessel full so that it will run over. Let it stand for 15 days. Put the corks in a little tighter every day. Let it stand for 3 months and then bottle and seal.
