Chouffleurs au Gratin

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten
Boil the cauliflower, then drain. Put on a dish in which it is to be served.

Prepare a sauce with the grated Parmesan cheese, butter, a dash of pepper and salt, lemon juice and beaten egg yolks. Beat and mix together and pour atop the cauliflower. Grate more Parmesan cheese on top.

Put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Brown the top.
