Chocolate Fudge, No 2
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 3 squares chocolate
- 3 Tbsps butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup nut meat, chopped
Put sugar, milk and chocolate in saucepan. Stir constantly until chocolate has melted. Boil to soft ball stage. Remove from fire. Add butter and vanilla. Place saucepan in cold water and beat until it has a creamy consistency, adding nuts slowly.
