Chocolate Fudge, No 1
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- Pinch of soda
- Vanilla to taste
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Mix sugar and cocoa. Add milk. Stir constantly until it begins to boil. Add baking soda. Lower flame and do not stir. Boil to soft ball stage. Remove from fire. Add butter and vanilla. Be careful not to beat until cool.
