Chocolate Fudge
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk, undiluted
- 2 squares chocolate, grated
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 cup nut meat, chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Boil sugar, chocolate and milk until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Remove from the fire. Add butter and vanilla. Beat until fudge begins to thicken. Slowly stir in the nuts. Pour into pan lined with butter.
