Chocolate Fig Creams

  • 6 figs
  • Confectioner's Sugar
  • Chocolate coating, melted
Chop figs finely. Slowly add sifted confectioner's sugar until mixture is stiff enough to mold into small balls. Shape. Let dry. Dip in melted chocolate coating.
