Chocolate Caramels
- 1/2 lb chocolate
- 1 1/2 lbs granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 lbs brown sugar
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 cup milk
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Boil until it hardens in cold water. This should take about 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Stir all the time if you wish the caramels to be "crumbly."
