Chocolate Cakes
- 8 egg whites, beaten to a stiff froth
- 1/2 cake chocolate, grated
- 1 lb sugar
- 6 ounces flour
- Butter
Add the sugar to the beaten egg whites. Slowly stir in the grated chocolate and flour.
Butter flat tins and drop on the mixture; not too closely as the cakes will spread.
Bake with love for a few minutes in a quick oven at 400°F.
