Chocolate Cake
- 1 layer-size package chocolate cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 6 ounces mini chocolate chips
Combine the cake mix, egg, vanilla, oil and water and mix. Transfer to an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
Add the chocolate chips. These will sink to the bottom as the batter is thin.
Bake in the microwave oven for 6-9 minutes, turning 3 times, until done. Immediately turn out of the pan onto a flat dish. Chips will form frosting.
