Chocolate Blanc-mange

  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 package gelatin
  • 1/4 cake of chocolate, finely grated
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Boil for about an hour in a farina kettle.

This makes 2 medium sized molds.
