Add Recipe Why Join?


  • 2 squares chocolate
  • 2 tsps sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • Whipped cream
  • 4 Tbsp cold water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract, if liked
Put the chocolate into a saucepan or the inner vessel of a double boiler with the sugar and water. Cook over a gentle heat until the chocolate is melted. Add the milk gradually and bring to the boiling point. Beat until foamy. Flavor with vanilla, if your little heart desires. Serve with a spoonful of whipped cream on top of each cup.
