Chile Sauce
- 24 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
- 2 red peppers, chopped
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups vinegar
- 6 Tbsps sugar
- 2 Tbsps salt
- 4 tsps cloves
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- 2 tsps allspice
- 2 tsps nutmeg
Mix tomatoes, onion, pepper, spice, and remaining ingredients. Cook slowly, about 1 hour. Pour into jars and seal.
