Chicken with Peanuts

  • 1 young chicken, cut into small pieces
  • Flour
  • Lard or butter
  • 1 cup cream
  • Roasted peanuts, coarsely powdered
Roll the pieces of chicken in flour and fry until brown in lard or butter. When the chicken is done, pour the cream over it and sprinkle liberally with powdered, roasted peanuts.
