Chicken, Shrimp and Vegetable Salad

  • 1/2 cup vegetable salad
  • 1/2 cup chicken salad
  • 1/2 cup shrimp salad
  • 1/2 cup potato salad
  • 6 lettuce leaves
  • 6 sliced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoons mayonnaise
On the lettuce leaves, on individual salad plates, arrange equal portions of each of the salads. Garnish each with 2 slices tomato and little mayonnaise. Use ice cream scoop in dishing up the salads (about 2 ounces).
