Chicken Saute

  • 1 young children
  • butter
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped garlic
  • 1 glass dry white wine
  • Chopped parsley
  • Potatoes, diced
Disjoint a young children and fry slowly in butter. When browned, add some finely chopped onions and a very little chopped garlic. Moisten with 1 glass dry white wine and simmer in oven until chicken is done. Arrange chicken on hot platter, pour wine gravy over it, then over all some lightly browned butter. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Surround the chicken with diced potatoes fried in butter.
