Chicken Sandwiches
- Cold boiled or roasted chicken, finely minced
- Gravy, water or cream
- Butter
- Pinch of pepper
Put minced chicken into a saucepan with gravy, water or cream enough to soften it. Add a good piece of butter and pepper. Work it very smooth while it is heating until it looks almost like a paste. Spread on a plate to cool off. Then spread between slices of buttered bread.
