Chicken Salad Dressing
- Recipe is for 4 chicken
- Yolks of 12 hard boiled eggs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 ounces mustard
- 1/2 tsp red pepper
- 4 ounces salad oil
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 quart cut celery
- Salt to taste
Mash the egg yolks until very smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients.
