Chicken Salad
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 heads celery
- 2 chicken, finely minced
- 10 hard boiled eggs
- Vinegar
- 3 small cucumber pickles
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- A little cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- Olive oil (optional)
Mash the egg yolks. Add the seasoning with a little vinegar.
Chop up the egg whites, pickle, chicken, cabbage and celery. Mix completely together. If desired, add a moderate amount of olive oil.
