Chicken Salad
- 4 egg yolks, beaten lightly
- 1/4 box mixed mustard
- Salt to taste
- 1 large sized bottle salad oil
- 2 1/3 ounces vinegar
Mix the beaten egg yolks and mustard together. Add salt to taste. Add the salad oil slowly, beating all the time. Lastly, add the vinegar.
