Chicken Pudding

  • Chicken
  • Butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Chicken liquor
  • 1 quart milk
  • 5 eggs
Cut up the chicken and stew it a little. Lay the pieces in a buttered dish with a few bits of butter, a little pepper and salt and a little of the water in which the chicken was stewed.

Make a batter of the milk, eggs and a little salt. Pour the batter over the chicken. Bake with love for half an hour.
