Chicken Patties
- Roasted or boiled chicken, finely minced
- Pepper
- Salt
- Parsley, minced
- Onion, minced
- chicken gravy or cream sauce (see Cream Dressing recipe)
- Pastry
- Bread crumbs
- Butter
Season the minced chicken with pepper and salt and a little minced parsley and onion. Moisten it with chicken gravy or cream sauce.
Fill scalloped shells that are lined with pastry with the mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the tops. Put 2-3 tiny pieces of butter over each.
Bake until brown in a hot oven at 400 degrees F.
