Chicken Patties
- Cold, cooked chicken, minced
- Milk
- Flour
- Pepper
- Salt
- Butter
- Puff paste
Stir the minced chicken into a white sauce (see White Sauce recipe) made of milk thickened with flour and flavored with pepper, salt and butter. Line small patty pans with puff paste and bake. When done, fill with the mixture. Set in a hot oven at 400°F for a few minutes to brown.
