Chicken Omelet
- 1 cup cooked chicken, finely minced
- 4 ounces cream or rich milk
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Tbsp flour
Mix all of the above ingredients and thicken with flour. Make a plain omelet then add this mixture just before turning it over.
