Chicken Gallosch

  • 3 small potatoes, pared & diced
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup brown stock
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 clove garlic
  • 1 cup cold chicken
Fry the diced potatoes in melted butter. Toss about in the butter until they begin to brown. Add the seasoning, brown stock and chicken. Simmer slowly. Serve as soon as the potatoes are soft.
