Chicken & Macaroni

  • Chicken, boiled and minced
  • 1/2 lb spaghetti noodles
  • Butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Chicken liquor
  • 1 cup cream
Boil the chicken until quite tender. Take out all the bones and shred the meat. Boil the spaghetti according to package directions.

Butter a deep pudding dish. Put on the bottom a layer of the cooked spaghetti, then a layer of the shredded chicken, bits of butter, pepper, salt and then some of the chicken liquor. Over this, put another layer of spaghetti and so on until the dish is filled. Pour the cream over the layers.

Bake with love for half an hour in a oven heated to 350F at 350 degrees F. Serve on a platter.
