Cherry Pudding
- 10 eggs, whites & yolks beaten separately, very lightly beaten
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 quart milk
- Flour
- 1 lb dried cherries, stoned
Mix the eggs, melted butter, milk and flour together to make a thick batter. Drop the dried cherries in the batter.
Bake in a dish. Serve with sauce.
