Cherry Pudding
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups fruit
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsps cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup suet.
Dissolve the baking soda in milk. Sift the cream of tartar in the flour. Mix all of the above ingredients well together.
Put in a buttered mold. Boil for 3 1/2 hours.
