Cherry Pie

  • Crust
  • Ripe cherries, stoned
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp flour, sifted
  • Bits of butter
Line the pie plate with crust. Fill half full with ripe cherries. Sprinkle sugar and flour over them and dot a few bits of butter over that. Now fill the crust full to the top. Cover with the upper crust. Bake at 375 degrees F.
