Cherry Cordial
- Ripe Morella cherries
- Sugar
- Brandy
Extract the juice from the cherries as you would from berries. Strain through a cloth. Sweeten to taste and when perfectly clear, boil it. Add 1/2 cup of brandy to each bottle. Cork and seal tightly.
Will keep all summer in a cool place. Delicious with iced water!
