Cheesed Rice
- 1/2 cup rice
- Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mixed mustard
- 3-4 poached eggs
Take any odds and ends of dry cheese too small to grate and melt them in the oven. Season with salt, pepper and a little mixed mustard. Turn the rice out onto a hot platter. Place the poached eggs on top. Pour the melted cheese over.
