Cheesecakes
- 12 egg yolks, well beaten
- 1 lb sugar
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 pint milk
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Paste
Cream the butter and sugar together. Add milk, flour and lemon juice. Add the mixture to the beaten egg yolks. Stir well together until it curds.
Bake in paste.
Bake in paste.
