Cheesecake Pudding

  • 8 egg yolks, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 lb brown sugar
  • 3/4 lb butter
  • Nutmeg or lemon extract
  • 1 Tbsp brandy or rum
  • Pastry
Cream the butter and sugar well together. Add the beaten eggs. Mix completely. Season with nutmeg or lemon extract. Add brandy or rum.

Bake in a pastry, in small tins or plates.
