Cheese Sauce
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheese
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour, stir to a smooth paste and gradually add the scalded milk, beating constantly. Add pepper and salt and the grated cheese. Continue stirring until cheese is melted.
