Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 Tbsps cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp parsley, minced
Heat the milk. Mix the flour and butter. Add to the hot milk. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook until smooth. Serve immediately and your guests will love it.
