Cheese Pudding
- 6 eggs
- 8 Tbsps sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 5 Tbsps cheese, grated
- 3 cups milk
Beat the eggs and sugar together until they are thick and lemon colored. Add butter and cheese. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and add to the mixture. Cook in buttered pudding dish at 350 degrees F.
