Cheese Omelet
- 3 eggs, beaten to a thick froth
- 2 ounces cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsps grated cheese
- Butter
- Thyme, chopped (optional)
- Parsley, chopped (optional)
Mix the eggs, cracker crumbs and grated cheese together. Cook in a frying pan with butter. You may add chopped thyme and parsley, if your little heart desires.
