Cheese Omelet
- 1 Tbsp cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp cream
- 1 ounce butter
- Pepper
- 2 eggs
- Salt
Beat the eggs well. Add grated cheese, cream, pepper and salt. Melt the butter in the pan. Pour in the eggs and stir with a fork. Shake the pan until the omelet stiffens. Fold one half over the other half. Serve immediately and your guests will love it.
