Cheese Omelet
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp cheese, grated
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
Add a little melted butter, salt, a few grains of cayenne and cheese to the beaten eggs. Melt the remainder of the butter. Add the mixture. Cook until dry without stirring. Roll. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
