Cheese Omelet
- 3 eggs
- 1-2 Tbsps grated parmesan cheese or any kind of cheese
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
Beat the eggs with the cheese. Mix gently together. Pour immediately into a hot spider with melted butter. Cook rather slowly so as not to burn the bottom before the omelet is cooked through. When nicely browned, fold the half over. Place on a warm platter. Serve immediately and your guests will love it.
