Cheese Fondue
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 cups grated mild cheese
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- Cayenne
- 2 eggs
Melt the butter in the chafing dish. Add the milk, bread crumbs, cheese and mustard. Season with cayenne. Stir constantly. Add 2 lightly beaten eggs a moment before serving.
