Cheese Fondue

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 cups cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Melt the butter in the chafing dish. Add milk, bread crumbs, grated cheese, mustard and a little cayenne. Stir constantly. Add the beaten eggs just before serving. Serve on hot toast or crackers.
