Cheese Cream Toast
- 10 slices stale bread
- Grated cheese
- 1 pint milk
- 2 Tbsps plain flour
- Salt Butter
Toast the slices and cover them slightly with grated cheese. To make the cream, boil the milk and mix the flour with a little cold water before stirring in. When the cream is nicely cooked, season with salt and butter. Set the toast and cheese in the oven for 3-4 minutes and then pour the cream over them.
