Cheese & Olive Salad

  • 1 cream cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • 6 olives, finely chopped
  • 3 lettuce leaves, finely cut
  • 1/2 pimiento, cut in strips
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Lettuce leaves
Mash the cream cheese. Moisten with mayonnaise and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Add the chopped olives, cut lettuce and pimiento. Press into original shape of cheese. Let it stand for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Cut in slices. Serve on lettuce leaves with mayonnaise.
